On the ground floor, we have the main entrance, with a small living room with built-in sofas and access to the garden and community pool.
On the next level is the kitchen (fully equipped and renovated) with gas cooker, microwave, toaster, electric oven, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker and TV. Laundry room. The kitchen is equipped with a ceiling fan.
At the upper level, there are 2 double rooms with bunk beds in each (80x190cm) and a bathroom with a shower.
At the next level, we find a suite with a double bed (150x190cm) and bathroom with bathtub; a living room (TV) with access to the furnished terrace where you can enjoy wonderful breakfasts in the sun.
Animals accepted only upon prior request and with a surcharge.
Ideal for families with children due to its proximity to the beach and its swimming pool. Bookings for young people under 35 are not permitted.
