Bookings conditions


The booking will be confirmed as soon as we receive the pre-paid booking deposit, this is to say, the 40% of the full payment. The remaining balance for the stay (60% unpaid) must be paid in the moment you are given the keys in our office.
In the event of cancellation, the customer will not be entitled to any form of refund of the initial deposit. We offer the possibility of a voucher valid for the following year or a full refund, only in the event of mobility restrictions to get to the property.

Check-in: Key collection will take place at the local office of Llafranc Villas. In case of arriving outside office hours, you must pay the full reservation amount and contact us to provide you with the code for the office mailbox where you will find your keys.
In these cases, it is mandatory to check-in online and visit the office the next day to pay the deposit. We are not responsible for any problems or incidents that may arise outside office hours.

In the case of groups of young people under 35 years of age, they must inform the agency as many properties only accept families.

Check-out: Key return is at 10:00 a.m. at the local office of Llafranc Villas. For early departures, you can leave the keys in our office mailbox.


Bed Linen and Towels: Accommodations do not provide bed linen or towels. You can bring your own or rent them from our office:
Bed Linen – €8/person for the entire stay
Towels – €8 (1 bath and 1 hand towel) for the entire stay
Crib: €35/week
High Chair: €35/week
Extra Person: Inflatable mattress – €80/week
Tourist Tax: According to law 5/2012, a new tax is applied from 01/11/2012 on all stays at tourist establishments for all persons over 16 years old: €1.00/person/day (with a maximum of 7 days).


Maximum Capacity: Each property has a maximum capacity detailed on the website. It is not possible to exceed this capacity without prior notice and payment of the corresponding supplement.

Pets: If traveling with pets, you must notify the agency in advance as some properties do not allow them. The additional cost is €35/week.
The deposit must be paid in cash and will be refunded a few days later via bank transfer.
The property must be left as clean as possible of pet hair, otherwise, an extra cleaning charge will apply.
Only one pet is accepted per property; if traveling with more than one, please consult the agency.

Internet: Wifi: If the property does not have wifi, it can be rented at an additional cost of €50/week. Advance notice to the agency is required.

Electric Cars: It is not possible to use the electrical installations of our properties to charge this type of vehicles as they are not prepared for such loads and the electrical installation could be damaged.

Security Deposit: Upon arrival, the client must provide us with their credit card details, which we will use as a security deposit.
If the property is delivered in perfect condition and no material damage or loss has occurred, no charge will be made to the client’s credit card, and it will only serve as a guarantee for the agency to ensure that the client respects the property.
If upon arrival at the property the client finds any damage, they must notify the agency within 24 hours.
If it is a group of young people, the deposit is higher, and they must inform us in advance since there are properties that are only rented to families. If young groups are allowed, they must sign behavior rules.
If the deposit is paid in cash, it will be refunded a few days after check-out via bank transfer.
Payment of the deposit by bank checks is not accepted.

Expenses: Electricity and water are included in the price. However, in case of using heating (properties that have it), electric stove, or heater, the electricity consumption will be charged separately.

Drought Situation: Both contracting parties must comply with the measures to manage water scarcity episodes in the territory according to the Generalitat de Catalunya and/or other competent public administrations. In compliance with the regulations, services may be affected, and normal activities may not be carried out without any compensation.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation, the customer will not be entitled to any form of refund of the initial deposit. In the sole case of mobility restrictions or border closures due to Covid-19, a voucher will be offered for the following year, or the total amount paid will be refunded.

It is strongly recommended that our clients purchase our holiday cancellation insurance (Europ Assistance), which can refund 100% of the money paid in case of illness (COVID included), thus covering the cancellation costs of the trip.

In cases of major changes or unexpected circumstances, Llafranc Villas reserves the right to provide the customer the chance to acquire a different apartment with similar characteristics to the one booked.

Should the tenant not agree with this change and as a consequence of this fact cancellation occurs, all costs regarding the rental will be refundable. In this case Llafranc Villas will not be responsible for any subsequent or collateral claims by the customer.


If the property has a private pool, a maintenance person will come 1 or 2 days a week. You should never touch the pool motor or the house’s light panel.

In the event of running out of gas, you should call our office, and we will send staff to change the gas cylinder, or you can do it yourself following the instructions found behind the door.

Noise is not allowed after 11:00 PM. In case of complaints, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately without any right to refund. Hosting parties inside the property is strictly prohibited.

Remember to close awnings and/or umbrellas when leaving the accommodation and before sleeping, especially on windy days.
