Cosy house with private pool in Lloret de Mar, in a residential area and with capacity for up to 10 people.
This house is located in a quiet area near the town of Lloret de Mar, known for its wonderful beaches such as Cala Canyelles.
The house consists of a living-dining room (TV, Wi-Fi), an open kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher) with access to the outdoor area. In the main house, there are 4 double bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (shower), another with a double bed, 1 with two single beds and another with bunk beds. Additionally, there is another small bathroom with a shower. In the exterior part, there is an independent apartment, with a separate entrance, which has a spacious living room with a small breakfast area (small fridge), TV, as well as a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
In the exterior area, there is a wonderful covered terrace, fully furnished, along with a wood-fired oven and a rest area. Next, we find the pool (9.4x4m), next to the brick barbecue and another chill-out area where you can relax after a long day in the sun.
Air Conditioning and Heating optional. Price in case of use 15€/day.
Wifi.
Pets are not accepted.
Young groups are not accepted; the house is only rented to families.

Conditions for groups

– In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Check-in and check-out

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)

Tourist tax

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
