2 double bedrooms (1 is a suite with bathroom with bathtub) and 1 bedroom with trundle bed, another bathroom with shower.
Parking for 1 – 2 cars.
No bookings accepted for young people under 35 years old.
Wifi
– Pets upon request 35 €/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by transfer.

Conditions for groups

– In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Check-in and check-out

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)

Tourist tax

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
