Stunning farmhouse located in Mont-ras, just a few minutes by car from the magnificent towns of Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell, two of the most beautiful places on the Costa Brava. An ideal location for those seeking to enjoy tranquillity, privacy, nature and rural tourism without giving up proximity to the sea and the charm of the magnificent towns of the Costa Brava.
The property has a capacity of 9 people. This wonderful house has managed to preserve all the charm and character of traditional farmhouses, with beautiful rural details that make it a welcoming, authentic, and full of personality place. Surrounded by a large green land and with total privacy, it offers a perfect setting to disconnect and enjoy the calm of the landscape.
In the exterior, we find a private swimming pool, surrounded by a garden, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing in the sun. A charming terrace invites you to share pleasant meals and dinners outdoors, enjoying the Mediterranean atmosphere and the serenity of the surroundings.
The house is distributed over two floors:
On the ground floor, there is a cosy living room, a very characteristic dining room typical of the area’s farmhouses, full of charm and authenticity, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances necessary for cooking comfortably. On this floor, we also find a pantry, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a comfortable office, and a complete bathroom with a shower (the shower is separate from the toilet).
On the upper floor, we find a beautiful vestibule that provides access to the rest area, composed of 2 bedrooms, both with a private bathroom, and two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom, all of them tastefully decorated and maintaining the cosy character of the house. Each room has a ceiling fan.

– In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.
Check-in and check-out
The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Llafranc located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc.
Tourist tax
Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
