The open kitchen, with a modern design, features an induction hob and completely new appliances, as well as all the necessary kitchenware to cook with total comfort during your stay.

In the exterior, you will find a space designed to enjoy good weather: a garden with artificial grass, a private swimming pool of 7 x 3 metres, an outdoor shower, comfortable sun loungers to relax in the sun, and outdoor furniture ideal for eating or dining al fresco.

Located in a quiet residential area, the house is just a 15-minute drive from the beaches of Lloret de Mar, perfectly combining relaxation and proximity to the coast.

The property has air conditioning in all rooms and WiFi, both included in the rental price.

Conditions for groups

– In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Check-in and check-out

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)

Tourist tax

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
