Cosy apartment for 2 – 4 people located in Canyelles less than 1 km from the beach.
It has a parking space on the street and access to the apartment is made through about 65 stairs.
It has 1 double bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and mini oven), a living-dining room with sofa bed and access to the terrace with mountain view and barbecue. You can access the Canyelles beach located less than 1 km (stairs).
Bookings for young people under 35 years old are not accepted.
Pets upon request 35 €/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by transfer.

Conditions for groups

– In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 75 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations and making noise after 21:00 are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Check-in and check-out

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)

Tourist tax

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
