Villa Conchi is a cosy 4-bedroom house located in a very quiet area just 8.5 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar, one of the most popular destinations on the Costa Brava! Full of restaurants, supermarkets, bars.. And all of this surrounded by beaches and coves with crystal-clear waters.

This house is ideal for spending a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Maximum capacity for 7 people in an area of 100 m2 with 625 m2 of land.

Outdoor area with swimming pool, built-in barbecue with a shaded terrace where you can enjoy pleasant meals and breakfasts. Exterior parking for 1 car.

Dining room with television and access to a large and charming terrace.

Kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking: cutlery, frying pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Yes, you will be able to enjoy meals as if you were at home!

It has two rooms with 1 double bed each, one room with 2 single beds and one room with 1 single bed. Bathroom with shower.

Towels and bed linen optional and with a supplement.

– Pets accepted upon request and with a supplement of £35/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned one week later by bank transfer.

This property is only for families. Bookings are not accepted for young people under 35 years old.

– Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and
8 euros/person/towels.

– Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair

Conditions for groups

– In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Check-in and check-out

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)

Tourist tax

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
