Kitchen with all utensils included, cutlery, pans, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, oven and washing machine.
The main bedroom has a double bed (150 x 190 cm) and a bathroom with a shower, the second bedroom has a single bed (80 x 190 cm) and there is also a second bathroom with a shower.
From the living room, there is a staircase leading to a small attic with a single bed.
Forms part of a lovely outdoor community area with 2 swimming pools, gardens, tennis courts and a children’s playground.
Second floor without a lift.
Pets accepted upon request and with a supplement.
Young groups not accepted.
Recording and departure
The recording and exit will take place in our office in Llafranc located at 5 Xaloc Street, Llafranc.
Tourist tax
Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) mandatory by the Catalan government.
