Simple yet cosy house with a private pool located in a very quiet residential area just 3 km from Blanes! Blanes is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava where you can find restaurants, bars and supermarkets; all surrounded by beaches with turquoise and crystal-clear waters.
This house is ideal for spending peaceful family holidays on the Costa Brava!

Capacity for 9 people distributed across two floors.

Outdoor area with garden and private swimming pool (8x4m) and beautiful sea views. There is a built-in barbecue and a porch where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the pool.

Interior zone of 140 m2 with a spacious living-dining room with TV and direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking such as: cutlery, frying pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

It consists of 3 double bedrooms (135x190cm), 1 room with two single beds (90x190cm), 1 room with a single bed (90x190cm), 1 bathroom with a bathtub and 1 bathroom with a shower.

Pets are allowed upon request and with a supplement.

This house is only for families. No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.

Conditions for groups

– In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Check-in and check-out

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)

Tourist tax

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
