Cosy house with private swimming pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 9 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar. Ideal house to enjoy a holiday with family or friends on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity for 10 people.
Outdoor area with garden and private swimming pool (8 x 4 m), large covered terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the pool, enjoying beautiful mountain views, brick barbecue, outdoor shower, ping-pong table and parking.
Indoor area with living-dining room with TV, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven and washing machine. Consists of 1 bedroom with double bed (135x190cm), 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (90x190cm), 1 bedroom with bunk bed (90x190cm) and 2 bathrooms.
Optional electric heaters with supplement: €50/week.
Wifi included
– Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement of €35/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by bank transfer.

– Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and
8 euros/person/towels.

– Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair

Youth groups accepted only upon prior request.
Regulations and special deposit for young people:
A cash deposit of €150/person per house and €75/person per apartment must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client’s departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 22:00h are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Check-in and check-out

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)

Tourist tax

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
