The apartment is on a 1st floor with elevator and is completely renovated.

Inside you can find a big living room (TV, fireplace) with direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the wonderful views of the sea. Ideal to take family breakfasts and dinners.

The kitchen is semi-open to the living room (closed with glass) and is completly equipped (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob …). In addition, there are 3 double bedrooms: one with two single beds, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed en suite (with dressing room and a bathroom with shower). There is also a bathroom with a shower.
