Cozy house with private pool, located in a quiet area but well connected.

The house is divided into several levels. On the main floor we have the dining area, with access to the terrace where you can enjoy great breakfasts in the sun. From this terrace, we access the outside area by stairs without a railing. The kitchen has been renovated and is fully equiped (American fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave…) with all the necessary to make you feel at home. Also in this floor we have the bedrooms area: there are 3 double bedrooms (one double bed in each one), and one of the bedrooms is en-suite, and the bathroom has a bathtub. Also there is another full bathroom (shower) on the same floor.

From the dining area we have access to the 1st floor, open to the main floor, which contains a large living room (sofa bed).

Also from the dining room we have access to the lower floor (stairs without railing) that gives access to the outside area. This is where we have the wonderful barbecue area, with all the necessary furniture to enjoy dinners in the moonlight, next to a wonderful private pool.

Outdoor parking area in the house.

Ideal for families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Bed linen and towels are not included. You can rent it with us in the office with previous advice. Extra cost: €8/person sheets and €8/person towels.

The house does not have Wifi, you can rent a device in the office (Extra cost: €50/week).
