To make a booking is obligatory to fulfill the following conditions:

- After the booking confirmation and during the following days, the customer must do a first payment of the 40% of the total price. This payment must be done by bank transfer, postal order or credit card. The rest will be paid in cash at the office at the moment of the arrival.

- Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday with the exception of the low season that may be on request, depending on the availabilities at this moment.

- The guest has the possibility of hiring bed linen (7€/person) and towels (6€/person), as well as extra beds and cots (33€/week). If you were interested in these services would be appropriate to inform before to have it available on your arrival. We also inform that there are no dishtowels, toilet paper, cleaning products in the villas or apartments.

- If you expect to travel and stay with pets is obligatory to inform us before the booking has been confirmed. There’re properties in which pets are not allowed. If it is accepted the cost is 33€/ week.

- Deliver of the keys:

- At the moment of the booking we'd inform to the customer the exact address to collect the keys (it would be in the office of Llafranc or Lloret de Mar, depending on the property booked).

- The usual check in time is in the afternoon:

- 16.00h – 20.00h in case of the office in Lloret de Mar

- 16.30h – 20.00h in case of the office in Llafranc

- If the arrival day is on Sunday, the delivery of the keys would be in the morning

- Important: if you arrive out of office time, you should inform to the agency before the arrival to could detail you about the delivery of the keys. In this case, is necessary to have paid the total amount of the booking in advance before the arrival.

- In case of arriving out of office time, the agency is not responsible for any problem . we only offer the option of take the keys to make it easier to the customer.

- The apartment / house must be left at 10.00h. If the customer wants to leave it free later, he could contact to the office to confirm if is possible.

- ***Deposit: At your arrival, we require a deposit , se solicitará una fianza, which will be formalized as an authorization from your credit card for the amount defined for each property. It’s just a warranty, so we don’t take any money if everything is correct (this is the mechanism we have to prevent improper use of the Property).

- **Maximum capacity: each apartment / house has a máximum capacity of people, detailed at the website. Is not possible to exceed this capacity, so is not allowed to stay more people than the number detailed in each property.. In case of exceeding the capacity during your stay or part of it, is necessary to inform to the agency to avoid misunderstandings. In the case it is not accomplished the agency has the right to cancel the booking and take the necessary measure

- Is obligatory to leave the villa or apartment in the same conditions as when you checked in and respect the quietness and harmony of the neighborhood.
